Facilities and Capacity
The school hall accommodates a maximum standing capacity of 75 people or up to 54 seated people using children’s collapsible dinner tables. Hirers have access to the main hall, grounds, and toilet facilities. The school prohibits functions requiring a Public Entertainment Licence and maintains a strict "No Smoking" policy across all buildings and grounds.
Booking Availability
Out-of-school hours bookings are available daily between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, subject to school functions taking priority. The school site agent handles building security; keys are not given to hirers.
Costs and Billings
Private Lettings: £20 per hour.
FOSH Groups: No hourly facility charge listed.
Additional Cleaning: £10 per hour if the premises are not left clean and tidy.
Deposit: A £20 or 10% deposit of the total term hire is required upon booking.
Invoices are issued at the end of each hire term, with full payment expected within 14 days.
