Booking and Payment (2021-22)

The school will be using its Sports Premium to subsidise the cost of these clubs, therefore, the cost to parents is £10 for the half term (£2/week). Payments will be set up via ParentMail once the clubs have been allocated. There will be no charge for pupils entitled to the Pupil Premium funding or those booked into Care Club.

Children booked into Care Club will go straight into Care Club for the remainder of the session once the sports club has finished. Children booked into Care Club from the Willington site will be transported to the Cople site.

Each club will have a maximum of 20 participants. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Your child may sign up to more than one club. Please indicate your child’s first choice and we will try to accommodate this where possible, but please note that some clubs are very popular, in which case we will open up a waiting list or inform you of spaces on another club.

Booking forms are sent out via Parent Mail. Please ensure forms are filled in and payments are made as soon as possible to secure a place.

If your child no longer wants to attend a club, please let us know so that we can allocate the space to someone on the waiting list.

Thank you.
