After-school Clubs 2023-24

We are excited to be offering a variety of after school clubs this year. Due to the financial impact on the school of clubs not being paid for in previous years, and in order to continue with after-school clubs going forward, we are taking a new approach to payments this year. We will be asking that parents/carers pay directly to the external agencies when signing up for clubs run by them, along with paying for school-run clubs on ParentMail (see shop) in advance to them commencing. More details of this will be supplied in the individual club information letters sent out each term.

Each club will have a maximum number of participants. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Your child may sign up to more than one club. Please indicate your child’s first choice and we will try to accommodate this where possible, but please note that some clubs are very popular, in which case we will open up a waiting list or inform you of spaces on another club.

Please ensure bookings and payments are made as soon as possible to secure a place.

If your child needs Care Club after their club, there is the option to sign up for ‘Club Add-On’. This carries a £3 charge per session which must be paid on booking and covers the time between the club ending and 17:00. This can be accessed at the same location as for Care Club sessions on ParentMail with the same 24hour booking and cancellation period. We are no longer able to take payment for extra-curricular clubs out of Care Club bookings as we did in the past. Children booked into Care Club will go straight into Care Club for the remainder of the session once the after-school club has finished. Children booked into Care Club from the Willington site will be transported to the Cople site.

If your child no longer wants to attend a club, please let us know so that we can allocate the space to someone on the waiting list.

Thank you.
